The session runs for 30 minutes. Doors open at 7:25am. We start at 7:30 sharp — out of respect for your morning. After the breathwork closes you're free to linger, connect with the room, or head straight to work.

No experience needed. No equipment. No particular beliefs required. Just show up and be present for half an hour.
